Life Orientations in Coaching Education:
Behavioral Preferences & Behavioral Possibilities
Facilitated by David Glowatzke
What happens when behavioral insights meet the power of coaching? Join us for an interactive, one-hour Salon exploring how LIFO, a strength-based behavioral assessment can unlock self-awareness, elevate coaching conversations, and transform coaching education.
We invite you to experience the LIFO assessment firsthand! Participants are invited to complete the LIFO assessment in advance (link provided to registrants) and bring their results for an engaging discussion with David. Have you already taken the LIFO assessment? Bring your results and join the conversation!
We'll explore how the assessment has been woven into the coaching education curriculum. We will hear directly from students about their learning journeys, and discover how the LIFO Certification Program builds the knowledge, confidence, and practitioner skills to bring the assessment insights into professional practice.
Expect fresh perspectives, real-world insights, and lively conversation. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your results. Leave with new ideas for putting behavioral insights to work in coaching!
