SACRED COACHING ASSUMPTIONS or SENSIBLE RULES?

As coaching educators, how do we prepare our students for the ‘real life’ of a coaching practice beyond their formal coaching education?

Bring your challenging stories and dilemmas to share and explore with Jenny Rogers and Charline Russo and our GSAEC Community.

Meet Jenny Rogers

Jenny Rogers is one of the UK’s most experienced executive coaches with 30 years of successful experience. She won the Henley Business School Award in 2019 for Outstanding Contribution to Coaching.  Her clients include Chief Executives and Directors of some of the UK’s best known organisations. Her book Coaching Skills: The definitive guide to being a coach, now in its fifth edition, is acknowledged internationally as a handbook on how to coach successfully. As well as running her own practice, Jenny has taught many hundreds of coaches. She is a popular speaker, giving master-classes on coaching and allied subjects. She has a parallel career as a writer and editor.

Jenny's most recent publication, “Fearless Coaching” presents challenging issues in coaching and coaching education. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic discussion with Jenny as we explore “Sacred Coaching Assumptions" and how coaching educators can prepare their students for the ‘real life’ of a coach and the challenges they will face as coaching practitioners.

Many readers say they feel like they have had a conversation with Jenny when they read her books. Join us for a real conversation with Jenny and be sure to bring your challenging and tricky coaching situations with you.

The Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching (GSAEC) is pleased to invite you to a series of Campfires, which are 90-minute webinars that focus on key and emerging issues in coaching and coach education. Join us as we host thought leaders for discussions, presentations, and live panels designed to help keep you up to date with the latest developments in coaching and coaching education. These events are exclusive opportunities to focus directly on Graduate Level Coaching Education and examine and explore issues and challenges in coaching education.

We encourage you to share this information with your colleagues and students.

This session will be recorded, and available to GSAEC Members after the meeting.
